Endpoint Coordinator (Core Lab Coordinator)

We are looking for a Endpoint Coordinator (Core Lab Coordinator) to join our team!

In this position you will:

  • Receive and track Core Lab submissions and distribute materials to appropriate team members.
  • Manage Core Lab review flow per individual study contract.
  • Distribute feedback to clinical trial sites on quality issues and contact appropriate individuals regarding incomplete, inaccurate or missing submissions.
  • Follow up to ensure documented resolution of issues.
  • Maintain study recruitment logs and reconcile against Core Lab submissions.
  • Assist with the review of Core Lab submissions.
  • Participate as a member of designated project teams to support Research Operations staff.  Prepare and arrange necessary meeting materials, equipment, meeting room(s) and meals.  Prepare meeting minutes as needed.
  • Provide feedback on the progress of project assignments.
  • Process, maintain and distribute project documentation (e.g. study related lab results, reports, letters, meeting minutes, and regulatory documents).
  • Establish and maintain central project and regulatory files, both electronic and paper.
  • Perform other, non-project related general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing and shipping for assigned projects.
  • Help ensure the overall quality of project services and deliverables.
  • Cross-train within the project team, as needed.

Here’s what you will need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical research setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to function independently while seeking appropriate supervision and input from others.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.

    Note: Viable applicants will be required to demonstrate their computer skills as well as pass a background and education verification check.
